A total of 380 years of service

During the traditional Christmas party, 13 employees were honoured for their long service with the company. The celebrations this year were shaped by the number and the extraordinary amount of years of service of honourees. As a veteran of the first hour, Gerhard Weber was thanked for 40 years of creativity and commitment. Rolf Binanzer and Wilhelm Schneider were honoured for 35 years of commitment of almost an entire working life. With 30 years of company loyalty, thanks went to Beate Brillisauer, Inge Münsch, Kurt Pfister and Bruno Welte. Elke Jäckle, Thomas Kiekopf, Holger Kienle, Holger Kuhn, Martin Schmid and Olga Veil were honoured for 25 years of loyalty to the company.

In his address, Thomas Wölfle thanked the honourees for their loyalty, commitment and tireless dedication to the group of companies. Such a large number of honourees and their considerable years of service is a sign of great cooperation, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere. For the considerable consistency of the long-standing loyalty to the company for a total of 380 years, gift vouchers and gift baskets were presented to the honourees.

Before the joint Christmas party, Thomas Wölfle reviewed the past financial year at the company meeting and provided an outlook for 2020. The efforts of the past years are unmistakable in all areas and have a decisive influence on the success of the entire group of companies. Despite the general economic downturn, it was possible to achieve the record sales from 2018 once again. The signs are still set for healthy growth and expansion. With the investment in a new company location, Wölfle ltd.co in Taicang China, another milestone is set in the direction of the globalisation of the group of companies. The clear success factors lie in the common willingness of all employees to continuously develop and improve procedures, processes and product technologies. Exciting tasks and challenges in the development and production of technically high-quality and complex systems still await the well-practised team.
