Jubilarians A total of 315 years of service
Employees are awarded for 40, 30, 25 and 10 years of service
As part of the annual anniversary celebration, 13 employees were honoured for their long service with the company. The celebrations this year were again characterised by the number and the extraordinary number of years of service of the honourees. As a veteran of the first hour, the company thanked Peter-Paul Kienle for 40 years of creativity and commitment. Karin Bochtler, Helmut Breimaier, Sybille Bröll and Erna Schuster were honoured for 30 years for the commitment of almost an entire working life. With 25 years of company loyalty, thanks went to Irina Dik, Marion Hofer, Alexander Huck, Monika Knaus and Josef Schrepler. Lisa Kammerlander, Jewgenija Moser and Savelios Savvidis were honoured for 10 years of loyalty to the company.
In his address, Thomas Wölfle thanked the honourees for their loyalty, commitment and tireless dedication to the group of companies. Such a large number of honourees and their considerable years of service is a sign of great cooperation, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere. For the considerable consistency of the long-standing loyalty to the company for a total of 315 years, gift vouchers and gift baskets were presented to the honourees.
Special thanks went to all employees of the group of companies with approx. 600 employees at four locations in Germany and abroad, in relation to the efforts to cope with the manifestations of Covid 19.

Through the transformation process away from the combustion engine and towards the electric drive, the Wölfle company has built up core competencies in thermal management and high-voltage areas for complete vehicles. In detail, this concerns the most efficient control and regulation of temperature flows of components, parts and the cab. With its existing and future business areas, the Wölfle Group sees itself as optimally positioned and future-proof for further growth.
