Whenever people and machines are used in contaminated areas, machines must be specially equipped for this use. Whether in landfills, in composting plants, during renovation work or when disposing of contaminated military sites, with our systems you are protected from toxic gases, pollutants, dust particles and unpleasant odour and meet all the requirements of BG Bau (BGI581 and German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) Information 201-004). Our breathing air filter systems have a robust metal housing suitable for construction machinery and a resistant, electrically operated motor with fan. They are light, durable and compact and also very well suited for use on smaller construction machines. The systems supply the driver with clean, filtered air and hold back the pollutants in the ambient air. The contaminated air flows through several filter stages to separate coarse and fine dust, suspended matter and harmful gases. Thanks to the constant supply of air into the cab, our breathing air filter systems generate a defined overpressure of 100-300 Pa. This ensures that no contaminated air can enter the cab from outside. The cab pressure is electronically monitored several times and shown on a display and control unit that is placed in the driver's field of vision. As an additional safety measure, a circulating air filter device is installed in the cab at the protective ventilation systems. This ensures an even air flow through the filter. Thanks to this high-quality air treatment and integrated overpressure monitoring, our systems can cope with significantly less outside air than comparable systems on the market, which increases the service life of the filters and thus reduces operating costs. In addition, the separation of suspended matter also extends the service life of the air conditioning system and its components.
