Jonas Sproll wins the Erich Hofmeister Prize 2025 Training as a construction mechanic
Award for Outstanding Achievements in Training
At Wölfle, we don't just train – we also recognize and honor our employees. And one person who particularly deserves this recognition this year is Jonas Sproll, a construction mechanic apprentice.
Jonas completed his training with flying colors and has now been honored by the Biberach District Office with the prestigious Erich Hofmeister Prize 2025 for his exceptional academic and practical achievements. The prize, endowed with €1,000, recognizes young people who have distinguished themselves through exceptional achievements during their training.
This award is a great honor – for Jonas personally, but also for our company. Because it shows that those who approach things at Wölfle with commitment, motivation, and interest have every opportunity to develop and exceed their own expectations.
"Jonas has demonstrated dedication, reliability, and great interest throughout his entire training period – we are incredibly proud of him," says Anna Gleinser, Training Manager at Wölfle.
As a company, we place great importance on supporting our trainees not only professionally but also personally. Jonas' success confirms our commitment to this path – and motivates us to continue investing in the future of our pack.
We say:
Congratulations, Jonas!
Thank you for your commitment – and all the best for your future at and with Wölfle!
