"Ausbildungsbetrieb Plus" Certificate Wölfle GmbH is awarded the "Ausbildungsbetrieb Plus" certificate.
Ochsenhausen – The Wölfle Group is a modern, innovative family-owned company with a tradition spanning over 50 years. As an internationally active system supplier to the vehicle industry, Wölfle GmbH offers completely developed driver's cabs, heating and air conditioning systems, display and operating systems, electronic controls, and cable assemblies—all from a single source. The holistic approach makes it possible to coordinate the products with one another and to develop and manufacture them strictly according to cost-benefit criteria. With the extensive product portfolio, customers can determine the range of services themselves in terms of content and scope, from individual components to complete driver's cabs.
Currently, the family business provides training in a total of eight training occupations and two dual study programs—offering 37 young talents the opportunity for their first major milestone in their professional lives. Recently, the company was awarded the "Ausbildungsbetrieb Plus" (Training Company Plus) certificate by the IHK Ulm.
The "Ausbildung Plus" certificate particularly honors the honorary commitment of the trainers as examiners at the IHK, in addition to the professional and personal communication of the training content.
The training spectrum of Wölfle GmbH is broad-based and ranges from construction mechanics, IT specialists for system integration, production and industrial mechanics to machine and plant operators, warehouse logistics specialists, technical product designers, and industrial clerks. The students specialize in the fields of electrical and information technology in the form of the "Ulm Model", as well as in the field of mechanical engineering.
The trainees and students benefit from individual support and internal learning opportunities throughout the entire training period. The young employees are continuously prepared for their exams so that they can pass their final examinations well at the end of their apprenticeship and apply their new specialist knowledge in practice. On average, the annual hiring rate after completion at Wölfle GmbH is around 90 percent.
In August 2022, Wölfle GmbH additionally received a certificate for the introduction and use of a quality management system, which was issued by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.
