Employees are honored for 45, 40, 35, 30, 25 and 10 years of service.
The Ochsenhausen family business Wölfle looks back on a successful 2024 financial year. Wölfle is in the second generation and is active in the field of thermal management systems, control and regulation technology, driver's cabs and electrification solutions. "Our customers benefit from the various technical fields of expertise as a provider of system solutions," says Managing Director Thomas Wölfle. "As a one-stop shop, there are no external interfaces, which is a unique selling point in project planning, competitiveness and solution finding."
The Wölfle company from Ochsenhausen honored employees for their long service as part of its annual anniversary celebration. This year, the celebrations were again characterized by the number and the extraordinary length of service of the employees.
As a veteran from the very beginning, Gerhard Weber was thanked for 45 years of creativity and commitment. Rolf Binanzer and Wilhelm Schneider were honored for 40 years of service.
Kurt Pfister, Inge Münsch and Beate Brellisauer were thanked for 35 years of loyalty to the company.
We were able to thank Elke Jäckle, Holger Kuhn, Thomas Kiekopf, Martin Schmid and Holger Kienle for 30 years of loyalty to the company.
Dietmar Hagel and Natascha Peters were honored for 25 years of service to the company.
Karl-Heinz Ruhl, Johannes Majer, Emilia Neidorf, Daniel Lätsch, Sara Kaiser, Tobias Birk, Diana Riedele, Andreas Reisch, Daniel Schulz, Tobias Ferdinand and Francesco Mascia were honored for 10 years of loyalty to the company.
In his speech, Thomas Wölfle thanked those celebrating their anniversary for their loyalty, commitment and tireless work for the group of companies. Such a large number of anniversaries and their considerable number is a sign of great cooperation, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere. Gift vouchers and gift baskets were presented to the anniversaries for the remarkable consistency of their long-term loyalty to the company, totaling 540 years.
A special tribute was given to all employees of the group of companies, which has around 800 employees at home and abroad. Thanks to the efforts of the last few years and the extraordinarily good handling of the associated challenges, the group of companies continued to grow in all areas. With the associated investments as an attractive employer and interesting tasks, the required skilled workers were also recruited. In order to be well prepared for the future, Wölfle trains people in various professions every year: industrial mechanic, industrial clerk, technical product designer, electronics technician for devices and systems, IT specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, machine and plant operator and electronics technician for industrial technology. In addition, Wölfle offers dual degree courses for Bachelor of Engineering in the areas of electrical and information technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and mechatronics.
Through forward-looking development and research work in the field of e-mobility, exciting new orders were won and business areas opened up. Through the transformation process away from combustion engines and towards electric drives, Wölfle has built up core competencies in thermal management, heat pumps and the high-voltage area for entire vehicles. In detail, this involves the most efficient possible control and regulation of temperature flows of components, parts and the cabin. The Wölfle Group sees itself as optimally and future-proofed for further growth with its existing and future business areas. As a further milestone in its own transformation and contribution to the energy transition, Wölfle is investing in the expansion of the photovoltaic parking lot roofing of approx. 350KWp for employees. A large part of the energy required will in future be generated in a climate-neutral manner with a total system capacity of approx. 600KWp. With optimal cooperation and support from Mr. Mayor Bürkle, local council, district office and administrative team in Ochsenhausen, the development plan required for this was implemented within the planned timeframe.
(At the subsequent joint company meeting and Christmas party, Managing Director Thomas Wölfle reviewed the past financial year and gave an outlook for 2025). The efforts of the past few years are unmistakable in all areas and have had a significant impact on the success of the entire group of companies. The signs continue to point to healthy growth and expansion. The clear success factors lie in the shared willingness of all employees to constantly develop and improve procedures, processes and product technologies. For the 800 employees at 5 locations in Germany and abroad, exciting things still await in 2025.
