On September 1, we were delighted to welcome eight new apprentices to Wölfle. With their first day at work, they embarked on an exciting new chapter in their lives. We are very pleased that they have chosen to start their careers with Wölfle and are now part of our team.
The first day was all about getting to know each other, settling in, and discovering the company. In addition to an introduction to Wölfle and important information about the apprenticeship program, the new apprentices had the opportunity to make their first connections and exchange ideas with one another. Various team-building activities created a relaxed atmosphere and helped everyone get to know each other quickly.
A special thank you goes to our coach, Robert Gerner, who once again organized and led the induction day with great commitment, experience, and enthusiasm. Thanks to his support, our new "young wolves" enjoyed a varied and successful start to their apprenticeship.
Training and developing young talent has been a high priority at Wölfle for many years. We are therefore especially pleased to support and guide another group of motivated young professionals as they begin their careers. Over the coming years, they will gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and actively shape their professional future.
We wish our eight new colleagues a successful start to their apprenticeship, many exciting insights, interesting challenges, and, above all, lots of enjoyment during their time in the Wolf Pack.
