On September 1, 2025, twelve new apprentices started their professional careers at Wölfle!
After an initial welcome by our Head of Sales & Marketing, Arne Tiedemann, the program continued immediately with numerous icebreaker games to make first contacts and strengthen the sense of community.
During the first few days, the primary focus is on providing the apprentices with a comprehensive insight into the company and its processes. This included an exciting company tour, various training sessions, and getting to know the individual departments.
Joint breaks and lunch also left plenty of room to get to know each other better outside of the official program. A special highlight at the end of the introductory week was the joint excursion to Münsingen for the "Face Off". In a variety of team challenges, our apprentices were not only able to demonstrate their skills and creativity, but above all experience how valuable trust, communication, and mutual support are.
We warmly welcome our new apprentices and look forward to shaping the coming years together with them. We wish them much success, joy, and exciting moments on their new path!
