As part of our annual long-service awards celebration in Ochsenhausen, we once again had the pleasure of recognizing colleagues for their many years of dedication to Wölfle. In total, 26 employees were honored—together representing an impressive 595 years of service with the company. Moments like these highlight what defines us: reliability, teamwork, and mutual appreciation.
Thank you for your loyalty, commitment, and team spirit
Long years of service are anything but a given. They reflect trust, shared growth, and daily collaboration—on the shop floor, in the office, in development, and across all our locations.
In his speech, our Managing Director Thomas Wölfle thanked all honorees for their loyalty, dedication, and valuable contribution to the development of the Wölfle Group. As a token of appreciation, we presented gift vouchers and gift baskets.
Looking back: A successful financial year 2025
At the same time, the Group can look back on a successful financial year 2025. Wölfle is managed by the second generation of the family and is active today in thermal management systems, control and regulation technology, driver cabs, as well as electrification and high-voltage solutions for mobile applications.
As a system provider, we combine multiple technical fields of expertise and create integrated solutions without external interfaces. This strengthens project execution, competitiveness, and innovative capability—and supports our ambition to develop future-ready solutions for our customers.

Strong together: Around 800 employees across five locations
A big thank you also goes to our around 800 colleagues across five locations in Germany and abroad. Despite challenging conditions, we have succeeded in continuously developing the Group and investing specifically in new technologies—together.
A key focus is the transformation toward electromobility. Through targeted development and research work, we have further expanded our capabilities—especially in thermal management, heat pump systems, and high-voltage technologies—and opened up new fields of business.
Sustainability: Expanding our photovoltaic capacity
We are also setting clear priorities in sustainability. By expanding our PV carport canopy by around 350 kWp, our total installed PV capacity will reach approximately 600 kWp. This enables us to generate a large share of our energy needs climate-neutrally in-house—another step toward greater energy efficiency and responsibility.
