Feed mixer wagons are daily exposed to moisture, cleaning agents, chemicals, and biological influences. Conventional cable sheathing aged prematurely under these conditions, leading to failures in the vehicle's electrical system during field operation.
Together with the customer, the entire electrical system was redesigned – at no additional cost. Through the use of high-quality, braided protective sleeving and an optimized harness design, the resistance was significantly increased and reliability was sustainably improved. This solution has been successfully used in series production since 2014.
