From simple electric heaters to complex electric heating and air conditioning systems for driver cabs and vehicle batteries - our solutions are specially produced for vehicles with electric and fuel cell drives. 

Protection against accidental contact with high-voltage systems and fire resistance are particularly important here. At Wölfle, this is achieved through careful selection and testing of materials and components and by limiting the blow-out temperature to a maximum of 60 degrees. This temperature limitation is not only used to meet the machinery guidelines, but also for general personal safety.

In addition to electrical heating and air conditioning systems, our portfolio also includes electrical battery and component cooling systems. Thanks to the integrated Wölfle control, these enable a constant temperature of the built-in batteries or components in all functional positions and thus significantly increase the service life.
This product range is rounded off by our electric heat pumps, which enable the complete integration of all vehicle components such as electric motor, power electronics, etc. through intelligent MATLAB thermal management. Thanks to our patented coolant distribution, our heat pumps are not only particularly energy-efficient compared to systems customary in the industry, but also enable the optimal integration of preconditioning and waste heat utilisation.
